Notifications sent to collaborators are sent automatically.

What day? What time?

When at least one Click&Bloom is scheduled, a notification is sent:

the same day at 10 am. (by default). This time can be adapted by going to **Settings **(⚙️ top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > 'General' > ' Account'. Users who have downloaded the mobile app receive the notification at 9:30 a.m. (30 minutes earlier). This gives them time to respond and thus avoid receiving the 10 a.m. notification by email.
the same day at 4 pm. (afternoon reminder). This first reminder is only sent to users who have not yet answered.
Next business day at 10 am., or adapted time (morning reminder). This second reminder is sent only to users who have not yet answered.

In addition to these notifications, for 5 and 10-day opening periods:

the last day of Click&Bloom availability at 10am., or adapted time (last day reminder). A final reminder is sent only to users who have not yet participated.

In addition to these notifications, for the 10-day opening periods only:

in the middle of the opening period at 10 am., or adapted time (mid-period reminder). A third reminder is sent, on the fifth day, only to users who have not yet participated.

The default opening period is 3 days. This period can be adjusted in Settings (⚙️ top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > "General" > [Account](

How to create filters?

There are two ways to manage filters on eBloom

When creating users with an excel upload

Go to Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > Users.
Click on “…” > “ Users update” at the top left of the box.
Click on the purple button “Download template”. An Excel document, called “ebloomuserstemplate.xlsx” is automatically downloaded to your computer and contains the list of your current users.
Open the excel document, and add the names of the filters you want to create in place of the column names "//Filter Name". One column per filter, as many filters as you want. Example : Age, Location.
For each user (line), assign a value from this filter. Example: 25-30 years, 30-35 years, or Brussels, Namur, Antwerp. All users must have a value for all created filters, and there must be at least 5 users per filter value. Save.
Return to eBloom, click on “Choose a file” and select the excel document. Click on “Save”.
Check that all information is correct and complete, and then click on "Update users".

Using the filter management page

Go to Filter page
You can create new filters using the create button on the top right corner of the box.
Each filters must be associated to a category. For exemple, the filter Women would be associated to the category Gender.
When clicking on a filter, you can add or remove user

How can I easily re-invite my collaborators to eBloom?

Click on "Reinvite Users” at the top right of the box.

As an Admin, can I also respond to Click&Bloom?

Yes, "Admins", as well as “Advanced Users”, have the same functionalities as users. Therefore administrators:

can answer to Click&Bloom. This is done by clicking on the “😀” icon that appears in the top menu bar when at least one Click&Bloom is available.
have access to their personal “MyBloom” dashboard, which includes all of their results. This is available by clicking on Dashboard (in the top menu bar), and then using the filters available at the top left of the screen to select the “MyBloom” dashboard
can react to what is sent via the collaborative area, and are informed by a red notification dot on the "💬" icon in “WeBloom”.

Can I create my users from the "Teams" page?

No, the "Teams" page only concerns the creation/modification of your teams.

To create your users, you have to go to the Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the upper menu bar) > Users.

Then, you can go to Settings > "Teams" to create your teams, manually or via the excel upload.
