Notifications sent to collaborators to answer Click&Bloom: What day? What time? What channel?

Notifications sent to collaborators are sent automatically.


What day? What time?


When at least one Click&Bloom is scheduled, a notification is sent:


  • the same day at 10 am. (by default). This time can be adapted by going to **Settings **(⚙️ top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > 'General' > ' Account'. Users who have downloaded the mobile app receive the notification at 9:30 a.m. (30 minutes earlier). This gives them time to respond and thus avoid receiving the 10 a.m. notification by email.

  • the same day at 4 pm. (afternoon reminder). This first reminder is only sent to users who have not yet answered.

  • Next business day at 10 am., or adapted time (morning reminder). This second reminder is sent only to users who have not yet answered.


In addition to these notifications, for 5 and 10-day opening periods:


  • the last day of Click&Bloom availability at 10am., or adapted time (last day reminder). A final reminder is sent only to users who have not yet participated.


In addition to these notifications, for the 10-day opening periods only:


  • in the middle of the opening period at 10 am., or adapted time (mid-period reminder). A third reminder is sent, on the fifth day, only to users who have not yet participated.


The default opening period is 3 days. This period can be adjusted in Settings (⚙️ top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > "General" > Account.


Reminders are enabled by default but can be disabled by going to Settings (⚙️ top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > 'General' > Account.


Which channel?


By default, all notifications are sent by email. However, it is possible to integrate eBloom to channels:


  • Slack: notifications are sent directly to the Slack channel chosen by the company. To perform this integration, go to **Settings **(⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > “General” > Notification > “Add to Slack”, and follow the instructions.

  • Microsoft Teams: notifications are sent directly to the Microsoft Teams channel chosen by the company. To perform this integration, go to Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the upper menu bar) > “General” > Notification > “Integrate Teams”, and follow the instructions.

  • Mobile application: notifications are sent directly to the user's smartphone, provided that he has obviously authorized the notifications. The downloading of the mobile application is done voluntarily by the user. To promote it internally, visuals are provided in Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > “General” > Communication > “Invite my collaborators to join the mobile app”. Notifications by email and by mobile app are fully compatible (see point “What day? what time?”).
