My Click&Bloom participation rate is dropping, what can I do?

Questions to Ask Yourself:

  • Is the survey timeline suitable for your employees?
  • Does the selected period overlap with holidays or extended absences?
  • Have you provided feedback or concrete actions after previous surveys?
  • Do employees have enough time to respond?

Recommended Actions:

Check the Survey Timing

  • Schedule surveys on optimal days, avoiding quiet periods like holidays or public breaks.
  • Avoid Monday mornings and Friday afternoons, which tend to have lower participation rates.
  • Consider running a WeBloom poll to identify the most suitable time with your team.

Provide Clear and Transparent Feedback

  • Share results during team or company meetings. Example: present Click&Bloom results at your monthly or quarterly meeting.
  • Launch a WeBloom poll or idea box to collect employee suggestions on low-scoring areas.
  • Involve employees in co-creating improvements:
    • Host a hackathon focused on key areas of concern
    • Organize Lunch & Learn sessions to discuss core themes
  • Show that their participation matters and leads to concrete actions.

Adjust the Survey Duration

  • By default, 3 days is enough to encourage quick responses.
  • If needed, extend to 5 or 10 days for added flexibility.
