How many Click&Bloom to ask? How often?

The possibilities of frequencies are unlimited and the number of Click&Bloom to ask is only limited to a maximum of 10 per week.

In terms of the number of Click&Blooms to be placed, we recommend sending between 2 and 5 at a time. In this way, we remain in a light and pleasant format for the participant.

Regarding the frequency, most of our customers choose a day of the week, which will become the day of Click&Bloom. In this way, a rhythm is given, and the Click&Bloom really fit into the culture of the company, and the habits of the employees who therefore don’t perceive them as an additional workload. However, some customers prefer to operate by “ Click&Bloom week”. They then define a week (every 2-3-4 months), during which they send Click&Bloom daily. The two formats are totally compatible: continuous collection, with a few Click&Bloom every week, plus a one-off collection of key Click&Bloom during the Click&Bloom week.

However, we strongly advise making this decision in relation to your business. Each business has its own rhythm and way of operating which is important to take into consideration.

Asking employees for their opinion on the subject is an excellent way to find the right answer, engage them and make them adhere to the project.
