How to make an effective communication to introduce eBloom to the users?
To ensure effective and successful launch communication, we recommend proceeding in two steps:
- Introduce eBloom to employees
The objective of this step is to explain the initiative taken, the concept of eBloom and to inform employees that they will soon be invited to join the application. To do so, a communication is provided in Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the upper menu bar) > “General” > “Communication”. There is a video and slides to share with employees, a poster to print to promote the mobile application, as well a communication available in English, French and Dutch.
- Invite collaborators to join eBloom
Sending an invitation allows everyone to register directly on the application. More information on “ How to invite my collaborators on eBloom”.
