How are the scores in the dashboard calculated?

The employee feedback, expressed in smileys, is translated into the numerical values of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% depending on the smiley chosen.

Once the smiley is converted into a percentage, we can display the overall averages of the results, but also the averages per question, per category and subcategory of questions, per team, etc.
