How do I adapt the questions in the Library to my business jargon?

It is possible to adapt the vocabulary used in Click&Bloom to your business context. For example, replace "in my company" with the actual name of your company, or replace the word "manager" with "responsible" (or other).

To do this:

1. Go to Settings (⚙️ in the top right corner of your screen, in the top menu bar) > "General" > in the menu bar on the left of the screen: "Library customization".
2. Check the language(s) that will potentially be chosen by your employees upon registration.
3. Click "Customize."
4. For each of the 7 customizable keywords, complete the sentences with the term that best fits your context. If the default term is correct, proceed to the next step.
5. Click "Next" until you reach step 8: "Validation".
6. Verify the custom terms collected in step 8: "Validation".
7. Click "Save."

Once the "General Customization" is complete, you can also add customizations specific to one or more teams:

1. Click "Add a specific customization" in the bottom right corner.
2. Select the team(s) affected by the specific customization.
3. Repeat the previous step.
