How can I create teams?

The eBloom platform offers two ways to create teams.

Manually:

  1. Access the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “Teams”.
  2. Click on the “Create” button.
  3. In the pop-up window, give a name to the new team and click “save”.
  4. Once the team is created, click on "Add" and select the users you want to add to the team.


Via an Excel file:

If you add users via our Excel template, teams will be created automatically based on the information you enter.

  1. Access the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “Users”.
  2. Click on the “+” button at the top of the screen.
  3. Select “Invite many users by Excel”
  4. In the pop-up window, click on “Download template”. In this file, you can assign users to teams.
  5. Once completed, save the template on your computer and upload it. The teams are now automatically added in eBloom.


If you want to assign users who are already registered to teams, you can also proceed via Excel:

  1. Access the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “Users”.
  2. Click on "..." > "Update users" at the top right of the screen.
  3. In the pop-up window, click on “Download template”. In this file, you will find the list of already registered users that you can assign to teams.
  4. Once completed, save the template on your computer and upload it. The teams are now automatically added in eBloom.
