How do filters work?
Filters allow you to observe trends specific to certain cross-company criteria (e.g., Age, Location). These criteria are defined by the company. To ensure anonymity, the possible analyses are limited to the overall “Bloom Index” engagement score, as well as the score by category. These analyses are accessible via the “Score Table” in the dashboard.
Note that filters are only available in the dashboard of the Administrator(s).
