How do I share certain dashboards with colleagues?

Only “Admins” and “Advanced Users” can view dashboards. “Admins” can change a user's role to “Advanced User” or “Admin”, granting them access to the dashboards.

1. Go to Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > “Users”.
2. Use the search bar to enter the name or email address of the person whose role you want to modify.
3. Click on the pencil icon 📝 to the far right of the person.
4. Click on “Roles” and select “Advanced User” or “Admin”.
5. Choose which dashboards and WeBloom the person should have access to.
6. Press “Save”.

For your information, you can find an overview of the different roles and permissions in the settings menu by clicking on ⚙️ in the top right corner of the screen > click on "Users" > click on the three dots... > choose "Roles Guide".
