How can my colleagues create polls, ideaboxes or messages?

Only “Admins” and “Advanced Users” can create polls, ideaboxes or messages.

“Admins” can change a user's role to “Advanced User” or “Admin”, granting them the authority to create polls, ideaboxes or messages.

1. Go to Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > “Users”.
2. Use the search bar to enter the name or email address of the person whose role you want to modify.
3. Click on the pencil icon 📝 to the far right of the person.
4. Click on “Roles” and select “Advanced User” or “Admin”.
5. Choose which dashboards and WeBloom the person should have access to. The teams selected in the "WeBloom" field correspond to the recipients to whom this person can send surveys, ideaboxes, and messages.
6. Press “Save”.
