How to create filters?
There are two ways to manage filters on eBloom
When creating users with an excel upload
- Go to Settings (⚙️ at the top right of your screen, in the top menu bar) > Users.
- Click on “…” > “ Users update” at the top left of the box.
- Click on the purple button “Download template”. An Excel document, called “ebloom_users_template.xlsx” is automatically downloaded to your computer and contains the list of your current users.
- Open the excel document, and add the names of the filters you want to create in place of the column names "//Filter Name". One column per filter, as many filters as you want. Example : Age, Location.
- For each user (line), assign a value from this filter. Example: 25-30 years, 30-35 years, or Brussels, Namur, Antwerp. All users must have a value for all created filters, and there must be at least 5 users per filter value. Save.
- Return to eBloom, click on “Choose a file” and select the excel document. Click on “Save”.
- Check that all information is correct and complete, and then click on "Update users".
Using the filter management page
- Go to Filter page
- You can create new filters using the create button on the top right corner of the box.
- Each filters must be associated to a category. For exemple, the filter Women would be associated to the category Gender.
- When clicking on a filter, you can add or remove users associated to this filter. You also can update the filter association through the users page selecting a specific user to update.
You can then analyze your results by filters in the "Score table" graph of your dashboard.
