# Hoe creëer ik een automatische frequentie?

1. Ga naar **Instellingen** (⚙️ rechtsboven in je scherm, in de bovenste menubalk) > “[Frequentie](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/frequency)”.
2. Geef een naam aan je nieuwe frequentie in het invoerveld.
3. Gebruik het plusteken (⊕) om één of meerdere dagen te selecteren waarop Click&Bloom wordt verstuurd. Elke ⊕ staat voor een vraag (=Click&Bloom) die wordt gesteld. Bijvoorbeeld: als ik elke woensdag drie vragen wil stellen, klik ik 3x op de ⊕ knop onder woensdag.
4. Bepaal of deze frequentie elke week, om de twee weken, enz. wordt toegepast via het keuzemenu dat hiervoor voorzien is.
5. Klik op “Opslaan”.
6. Klik indien nodig op de knop “Voeg een andere frequentie toe” rechtsonder in het scherm om meerdere frequenties te maken.
