# How to schedule a Click&Bloom?

To schedule a Click&Bloom, go to your [Weekly Planner](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/questions/planner).

###### Manually scheduling Click&Bloom:
1. Click on the **+** on the day you want to add a Click&Bloom.
2. Select a Click&Bloom from the Bloomothèque. You can filter questions by category, tag, etc.
3. Choose the audience (Everyone or one/several teams).
4. Confirm.
5. Users will receive a notification on the scheduled day. (More info on notifications: [Notifications]())

###### Automatically scheduling Click&Bloom:
1. Create a playlist from the [Playlist page](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/questions/playlist) with the set of questions you want to use.
2. Create or edit the frequency from the [Frequency page](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/frequency).
3. Go to the [Weekly Planner](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/questions/planner) and configure the auto-planner by selecting your playlist and frequency. Choose the audience (Everyone or one/several teams).
4. Activate the auto-planner using the switch in the top right corner of the box.
5. *(Optional)* Deactivate the auto-planner right after if you don’t want it to keep scheduling weekly. Otherwise, it will continue automatically based on the selected frequency.
