# How can I update my teams?

If you want to **rename existing teams**, you can easily do so via the “[Teams](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/teams)” feature:
1. Go to the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “[Teams](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/teams)”.
2. Click on the pencil icon 📝 next to the team name, then on “Rename”.
If you want to **assign users to another team** that already exists in eBloom, simply update the users’ information:
1. Go to the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “[Users](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/users)”.
2. In the right column of the overview, click on the pencil icon.
3. Modify the selected user’s team.
If you want to **create new teams**, use the “[Teams](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/teams)” feature:
1. Go to the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “[Teams](https://www.ebloom-clicknbloom.com/admin/teams)”.
2. Click on “Create” at the top right of the screen.
3. Assign a name to the new team and click “save”
4. Once the team is created, click on "Add" and select the users you want to add to the team.
You can also **update information in bulk** using our Excel template:
1. Access the settings menu ⚙️ and click on “Users”.
2. Click on "..." > "Update users" at the top right of the screen.
3. In the pop-up window, click on “Download template”. In this file, assign users to existing teams or teams to be created.
4. Once completed, save the template on your computer and upload it. Teams will be automatically updated in eBloom.
