# How can I ask questions to employees in a format other than smileys?

The eBloom portal offers the possibility to ask other types of questions beyond Click&Bloom through the “WeBloom” space. This can be done via a [poll](https://ebloom.crisp.help/en/article/how-do-i-create-a-poll-g8l8a5/) or an [idea box](https://ebloom.crisp.help/en/article/how-do-i-create-an-idea-box-q1x7d5/). You can address the entire company or a specific target group. Non-anonymous polls are also possible, employees will be informed explicitly about this when responding.
